Together with the bureau of tourism in Wallis, we published this leaflet that specifically examines the rich traditions and cultures of oenology of the region, and introduces the people both preserving and developing it.

Central Switzerland is, amongst other things, famous for its Sbrinz, a traditional cheese produced in this region. This map combines extensive hikes with the landmarks and traditions that helped shape Sbrinz.
